40915 Funk Road

Rolling hills and 40 acres! Welcome to your escape from the city! Well for use up to 3 houses, 2 septic systems, and electric ran to both double wides, this place is ready for you to create your quiet retreat! Country living! There are two double wide mobile homes on the property that are gutted and can be used as storage or are ready to be fixed up to live in. A chicken coop, fencing and calming views for miles. The first double wide is 60x24 and could be remodeled to occupy, the second mobile home would need pretty extensive remodeling to be livable, but not impossible!
