Monica is an incredible wealth of knowledge! She really knows all the ins and outs of short sales. I have taken training classes from her and read her book. Amazing! I also found a short sale lead using her training, and brought it to her; she did all the work negotiating it. We put it on the market on Feb 24th and it was under contract Wed the 29th. Only five days! We go to closing on the 2nd of April(2012) and it will bring us about $30K. I can’t wait to bring her another one!
