Skyline Drive stretches for roughly 2.5 to 3 miles along the top of a razorback ridge overlooking Cañon City. The road is paved and one-way, but what makes it memorable is its narrow path and dramatic drop-offs.

Along the route, visitors can see dinosaur tracks preserved in the rock.

Yes—actual dinosaur footprints.
