About Emily Lohr

I’ve spent most of my career helping people figure out what comes next and making the path to get there feel a little less overwhelming.

Before real estate, I worked in college admissions, career advising, student programming, marketing, technology, and a handful of entrepreneurial adventures along the way. While the roles varied, the common thread was always the same: helping people navigate big decisions, understand complicated processes, and confidently take their next step. Eventually, I realized real estate was the perfect place to bring all of those skills together.

I have an especially soft spot for first-time buyers, relocations, and anyone who looks at the real estate process and thinks, “I have no idea where to even start.” You don’t need to know the terminology, understand every step, or even know which questions you’re supposed to ask. That’s what I’m here for. I’m a problem-solver at heart, and I’m good at translating complicated information into normal human language, so you can understand your options and make decisions that are right for your life. Most importantly, I want you to feel comfortable asking questions and confident in what happens next.

My own road to Colorado Springs has taken a few turns. I was born in Casper, Wyoming, grew up in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas, and spent most of my adult life in the Texas Hill Country before moving to Colorado Springs in 2021 to be closer to family. While I may not technically be a Colorado native, my roots here run deep. My family history in the state spans five generations, and today I have family stretching from Fort Collins to Pueblo.

Outside of real estate, I’m usually spending time with my husband, Will, and our three cats, Zander, Spike, and Toby. I also love trying a new restaurant, getting outside, dancing whenever I have the opportunity, or disappearing down a rabbit hole learning something new.
