Hi, I’m Candice Diedrich — a Colorado native and proud Broker Associate with Pink Realty, based in beautiful Colorado Springs!

Before stepping into real estate, I spent 20 years in healthcare as a CPC, billing specialist, and office manager. I also have years of experience in accounting, which sharpened my attention to detail and strengthened my understanding of contracts, numbers, and financial organization. These skills have carried over naturally into my real estate career, where accuracy, structure, and clear communication are key.

I bring dedication, reliability, and a client-first mindset to every transaction. I believe buying or selling a home should feel smooth, informed, and supported — and that’s exactly the experience I strive to create. Having personally bought and sold real estate, I understand how exciting and overwhelming the process can be, and I’m here to make it easier every step of the way.

I’m also a proud mom of three grown children and “Mimi” to two amazing grandsons. Outside of work, I love interior decorating, exploring the Colorado outdoors, spending time with my family, and continuously learning and growing.
