Colorado has lots to offer our residents with plenty of outdoor activities. Many people move to Colorado just so they can be close to all the mountain hiking trails, mountain biking, skiing, and general sightseeing. You don’t have to travel far to be part of the outdoors in Colorado. Many of the different newer communities have built in parks and trails. There are also many interlinking trail systems that makes it easy to commute. Not only are there designated trails but many roads in Colorado have designated Bike Lanes.
Right now we don't have the ability to search for homes on our website near a bike or hiking trail. However we are Colorado REALTORS and are very familiar with these areas. Let us help you find a home that meets your biking lifestyle. Owner of Pink Realty, Monica Breckenridge is very much a biker. She will travel most of the state to check out a bike trail.
Here is a map of all our bike routes:
Vail Pass is the only Colorado mountain pass with a bike path the entire distance on both sides, making for a wonderful ride experience. It can be reached from anywhere in Summit County and offers two distances and difficulties depending upon whether you ride just to the summit or also down the west side to Vail itself and back.
Sorry we are experiencing system issues. Please try again.
